For slightly higher axle loads, we recommend a slit bushing with closed and vulcanized outer tube.
In the commercial vehicle, the leaf spring ends are rolled to eyes, in which the Jörn leaf spring eye bearings are used. At one end, the bushings are attached directly to the frame. On the other there is a short handlebar, which in turn is attached to the frame with an identical bushing. But even with air-sprung trucks, there is a Jörn leaf spring eye bearing in the rolled eye of the handlebars.
