Our condition monitoring system is able to reliably evaluate the usable remaining service life of rubber-metal parts. It enables maintenance based on the actual condition of the components. This reduces costs and minimizes downtimes.

rods and elastic joints
For joints with small swivel angles, rubber-metal components from Jörn often offer significant advantages over classic solutions. The elastomer components are maintenance-free and dirt-resistant, as there is no gap through which dirt can penetrate. In addition to compensating for misalignment, the rubber metal components from Jörn are able to dampen shocks and vibrations.
stabilizer / roll support
Stabilizers or roll supports are elastically mounted. At the stabilizer back, which tords during operation, they must be connected to the axle in a twist-soft manner. The handlebars are attached to the stabilizer eyes via elastic bushings.
