The production plant in the Allgäu of the company Jörn GmbH. Allgummi GmbH & Co KG is a company in the rubber-metal industry based in Röthenbach in the Allgäu region.
Our experience in the production of high-quality rubber-metal parts as well as the production of rubber molded articles has stood for the good reputation of our company for 20 years. The company was founded in 1997 by the merger of allgummi GmbH and HK Schwingungs-technik GmbH.
The founder of this new community, Dipl. Ing. Erwin Klitsch, has specialized in the production of rubber-metal parts for the field of vibration technology.
Today, more than 25 employees manufacture our diverse production range at our location in Röthenbach in the Allgäu region. Our quality system is structured according to DIN ISO 9001:2015.
Today we show you our
production plant in the Allgäu, the company Allgummi. Here we vulcanize our
small and medium-sized series. The range goes from a few 10 pieces to several
thousand per year. You will gain insights into the process of vulcanization, the
pre-treatment of metals and also the storage of raw rubber. Unfortunately, the
sound is not always good, that’s just how it is when you film during operation.
