The flange bushing is a
development of Jörn GmbH.
The flange bushing is ideal for high radial and axial loads. It tolerates tilting moments with small deformations and allows large angles of rotation. A bearing point consists of two flange bushings, which are axially prestressed against each other. The high axial load capacity is achieved by the flanges. For particularly high twist angles, we offer a variant with a sliding inner tube and a sliding disc on the outside of the flange. Using a sealing lip, it can be used even in a very dusty environment.

Mr. Reinke presents the new format: SECRETS OF JÖRN GMBH
Today the first part about the development process of rubber-metal parts at Jörn GmbH. From simulation to FEM and first samples, to the release of serial parts. Among other things, Mr. Reinke also discusses the special characteristics and pitfalls of rubber materials and their effect on development and testing. Enjoy the video and look forward to more parts about our secrets.
Have fun!
