Jörn offers O-mounts in different designs. The classic O-mount is round and has an arbitrarily designed rubber body. The arrangement of the rubber packages determines the ratio of stiffness in the different directions. In this way, the thrust and pressure components in the rubber packages are adapted to your specific requirements. Depending on their arrangement, the camps get their names. The rubber packages of the OX mounts are arranged crosswise.
The rubber packages of the OV mounts have a V-shape. The OH mount, on the other hand, consists of two rubber packages whose inner and outer surfaces are arranged in parallel. The preload is usually radial. The outer tube is one- or two-piece. The one-piece version is usually slotted. When pre-tensioning in the installation, the slot is closed.
Jörn cabin mounts
Jörn GmbH has been supplying bearings for decoupling vehicle cabins for decades. Today, Mr. Reinke presents some variants and discusses the technology. The spectrum ranges from very light cabins to heavy duty applications. Among others, Jörn supplies his mounts to Daimler, MAN and Fendt. But also special vehicles of all kinds are equipped with Jörn bearings, such as fire engines.
