Jörn GmbH specializes in the production of rubber-metal parts for the large areas of application vibration technology and elastic joints. Our products are used as engine mounts, chassis mounts and other connecting parts in the automotive industry, the rail vehicle industry, in the off-road sector, in shipbuilding and in general mechanical engineering, and recently also in the bicycle industry.
Our production range includes all types of rubber-metal parts: including engine mounts, cab mounts, transmission mounts, handlebar bearings, cone bearings, bushings, clutches, stops and rubber moulded articles.
Together with you, we plan, calculate, design and manufacture these articles. Article support ranges from project planning, sample production and series production to spare parts supply.

Walter Ellinger
Walter Ellinger has been shaping Jörn GmbH for several decades now. In 1969 he joined the company as the first commercial employee. He builds up the commercial structures in the company and develops them continuously in the coming years. In 1983 he becomes managing director and shareholder.
Walter Ellinger is responsible for finance and human resources and has played a decisive role in determining the positive development of the company to this day.

Bernd Ellinger
After studying industrial engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering at Esslingen University of Applied Sciences, Bernd Ellinger gained professional experience in technical sales in the capital goods industry. In 1997 he moved to Jörn GmbH.
The introduction of the QM system is one of his first projects. In the following years, he drove the internationalization of the company forward. He is responsible for purchasing and sales. In 2002 Bernd Ellinger became authorized signatory and shareholder, since 2007 he has been managing director of Jörn.

Kai Reinke
Kai Reinke is studying mechanical engineering with a focus on vibration technology, calculation and mechatronics at the University GH Paderborn. He has been working in the automotive supply industry since 1995. He gained professional experience as a calculation engineer and product developer, became a group leader in the development of vibrating elements, then head of department in component strength with calculation and testing. He is setting up product development in East Asia for an international corporation.
In 2008, Kai Reinke joined Jörn as Technical Director. Since 2010 he has been technical director and shareholder.

Dr. Thorsten Sindlinger
Dr. Thorsten Sindlinger studied economics with a
subsequent doctorate.
Since 2014, he has been responsible for human resources
and finance at Jörn GmbH.
In 2019, Dr. Sindlinger became managing director and
shareholder and then took over the management of Allgummi GmbH & Co. KG,
which was acquired in that year, in addition to the previous area of
responsibility.
In the years before joining Jörn GmbH, he worked with
similar tasks in various industrial companies.
Technologie in Gummi-Metall
Seit nun beinahe sechzig Jahren entwickelt Jörn wartungsfreie und verschleißfreie Gummi-Metall-Verbindungen zur Federung, Geräusch- und Schwingungsisolierung. Wir erarbeiten individuelle Lösungen für den Bau von Nutzfahrzeugen, für Landmaschinen und Baumaschinen, Schienenfahrzeuge und Sonderfahrzeuge. Seit kurzem liefern wir auch Teile für Lastenräder.
Unsere Gummi-Metall-Elemente sind so einzigartig wie das entsprechende Endprodukt. Die abschließenden Lösungen für Ihre individuellen Einsatz- und Anwendungsbereiche erarbeiten wir dann in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ihnen.
