Equipment for tillage is exposed to strong vibrations, shocks as well as dust, dirt, and heavy loads. In this environment, the Jörn slit bushings as elastic joints offer significant advantages over the commonly used plain bearings for swivel applications up to approx. 70°. There is no friction with the Jörn slit bushings. The movement is absorbed completely elastically in the material. Therefore, they are absolutely maintenance-free and on the other hand, since there are no gaps where dirt could penetrate, also perfect for use in dust and dirt.
