Success through expertise
Over the years and
decades, Jörn’s range of services has been continuously expanded. Today, our
customers benefit from outstanding expertise in the development and manufacture
of rubber-metal elements, for example for commercial vehicles and buses, rail vehicles,
agricultural and construction machinery as well as mechanical engineering.
We produce small series
with less than a hundred pieces, as well as series with large quantities. The
focus of our portfolio is on small to medium-sized series. We supply companies
in over 25 countries.
Customer-specific solutions are our specialty. We develop parts and techniques for individual requirements made of rubber-metal elements. As a technology partner, we convince our customers with innovative solutions in rubber-metal elements at competitive prices.
allgummi GmbH & Co KG
Today, more than 25 employees manufacture our diverse production range at our location in Röthenbach in the Allgäu. Our quality system is structured according to DIN ISO 9001:2015.
We demonstrate our expertise in the field of vibration technology, for example.
The orientation of our company is also reflected in the number of employees. Around half of our almost forty employees work in research and development and quality assurance.
allgummi GmbH & Co KG is a company in the rubber-metal industry based in Röthenbach in the Allgäu.
Our experience in the production of high-quality rubber-metal parts as well as the production of moulded rubber articles has stood for the good reputation of our company for many decades.
We solve your vibration
problems!
Our production range includes all types of rubber-metal parts: including engine mounts, cab mounts, gear mounts, link bearings, roller bearings, cone bearings, flat bearings, bushings, couplings, expansion joints, equipment bearings, cylindrical bearings, notch bearings, stops and rubber moulded articles with spring travel characteristics.
Our employees operate ten vulcanization presses. Depending on the part structure, we use the injection, transfer or compression method. The clamping force of the presses is between 500 kN and 4000 kN, the injection volume reaches up to 8 liters. The production-technically controllable part dimensions extend to up to 800 mm diameter or 800 x 700 mm tool clamping surface.
We specialize in the
production of rubber-metal parts for the field of vibration control.
The development, manufacture and repair of vulcanization molds takes place in-house. In doing so, we also rely on long-established cooperation partners. Apart from silicone, we process all rubber qualities, especially natural rubber.
Through certification according to DIN ISO 9001:2015, our quality assurance system ensures consistently high process and product quality within the supply chain. The traceability of all deliveries is guaranteed, all quality-relevant data is available for each production lot.
Technology in rubber-metal
For almost sixty years,
Jörn has been developing maintenance-free and wear-free rubber-metal
connections for suspension, noise and vibration insulation. We develop
individual solutions for the construction of commercial vehicles, agricultural
machinery and construction machinery, rail vehicles and special vehicles.
Recently, we also supply parts for cargo bikes. Our rubber-metal elements are
as unique as the corresponding end product. We then develop the final solutions
for your individual areas of application in close cooperation with you.
Flexibility is our guiding value, not only in terms of development but also in
terms of production and order volume. We can offer annual quantities of less
than 100 elements as well as large series economically.
We will be happy to advise you.
